Should Social Benifits be paid to housing Direct?

States Deputy Francis Quinn says that people who receive social benifits for housing should have this paid direct to the Housing Authority, and not to the claimant!

Is he right?

I also think it should be as well.
we have to have SS contributions taken from our wages by law ,so why not he rents.

I agree it should be taken out , not sure on the exact figures but it was said on radio gsy its about 350 thousand pounds that is owed to date. That is some wedge of money.
The most successful people are those who are good at plan B.
