Blockbuster Calls In Administrators

Post by Thistle on Wed 16 Jan 2013, 4:53 pm

Blockbuster has gone into administration.

The DVD and computer games rental company has 528 stores nationally including a long established Guernsey branch.

Seven staff are employed by Blockbuster in St Peter Port, with more than four thousand colleagues across the country.

A spokesman at the Guernsey shop said it is open and trading as normal.
