Candidates 'lukewarm on sewage'
Less than half of Guernsey's election candidates want full sewage treatment in the island, according to a survey.
Environmental campaigners Surfers Against Sewage sent the questionnaire to all those standing on 23 April.
Just 44% said they would support a full sewage treatment policy, as opposed the current "natural marine treatment".
The surfing group hopes to push the issue up the political agenda and
has already collected a petition of 4,000 names calling for a change in
the law.
What are these people on it is not excepted any more to pump untreated sewage into the sea.
The most successful people are those who are good at plan B.
