The Barclay brothers have failed in their legal bid to force a re-think on the constitution of Sark.
The millionaires had wanted a judicial review into planned changes to the way Sark's governed.
The Queen's approved moves to replace the historic feudal system with an elected chamber.
But the Barclay brothers - who own nearby Brecqhou -don't think the reforms go far enough.
This morning a High Court judge dismissed the case.
