Voicepay rated in top 100 businesses
Jersey based internet entrepreneur Nick Ogden’s latest online development, VoicePay, has just been placed in a survey of the ‘UK’s top 100 new businesses'.
Compiled by Startups.co.uk, Startups 100 list the most exciting and innovative emerging small companies predicted to become the big businesses of tomorrow.
Companies were assessed on originality of concept; strength of business model; turnover; evidence of future revenues; proposition to investors; quality of management; and potential to disrupt existing markets.
VoicePay promotes a wide range of transactions by simplifying the payment and processing methods in secure mobile, retail and internet payments by using voice and other biometric authentication.
Mr Ogden said: "VoicePay was launched to transform the global mobile payments marketplace enabling business to generate new revenues rapidly, safely and cost effectively. The fact that VoicePay, which was only set up at the end of 2006, has already been named in the top 100 new businesses is an indication of how exciting its global potential actually is."
Not sure about this but good luck to him.
