Owners seek a winning brew
THERE will be no significant changes in the way the 42 Jersey Brewery pubs are run, says the chief executive of the new owners.
Mark Crowther (pictured) told the JEP that the intention is to invest in the business and run it in a similar manner to how it was run in the past, with overall staff numbers being maintained.
A proposed deal worth more than £60 million was agreed earlier this month for the buyers, led by Mr Crowther, to purchase the drinks, pubs and brewery divisions of Sandpiper CI.
The new owners, who are still considering an appropriate name for the business, are now awaiting final approval of the deal from the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority.(from thisisjersey)
Yeah Ok I heard this before...No changes etc...BULLSHIT
