Serious assault at the Bon Port Hotel

Post by GD on Fri 04 Jul 2008, 11:07 am

From Mark Galins; proprietor Bon Port Hotel:
A member of my staff was seriously assaulted on my terrace this afternoon. (Thursday 3rd July) The assault took place at approximately 13.30pm today by 2 men described as in their late 40's stocky, one wearing a brown short sleeve shirt kaki shorts, the other wearing a blue short sleeve shirt and blue shorts. They were driving a red/orange Ford KA from a rental company. They were not thugs but well educated and smart.
If this description could be circulated to your members it would be very much appreciated. If anyone knows these individuals can they contact the Police or call me direct on 239249

I heard the interview with Mark Galins on the radio with all the evidence they should have caught them by now. Mr Galins gave a brilliant description of the perpetrators he has CCTV evidence he even gave them the description of the hire car they were driving (orange no less) come on on an island this size it shoulden't take "morse" to solve this one.

I get a feeling that there is something that we are not being told about this.

Search for food scalding suspects.
Guernsey Police are searching for two men who allegedly scalded a woman at a south coast hotel on Thursday.
The men were filmed on a CCTV camera at the Hotel Bon Port in
Moulin Huet Bay, St Martins. They are believed to have left in a hired
Ford Ka. The woman, who was badly shaken by the incident, was injured
when
a plate containing hot food was thrown and hit her in the chest. Police
said they have not yet been able to identify the two men.

Obviously
not enough evidence to go on. If you do spot them if you would be kind
enough to ask them to hand themselves in to save time.

So the plot thickens! Latest reports are that the two men captured on CCTV have been identified.

Further that this incident is being described as "unpleasant" and that no injuries were caused. Neither of the men has been arrested.

Do we take it that the front page story in the Press was sensationalised?

Could it be that these men were both well connected and therefore let off.......Lets be honest the Police over here could not catch a cold. The poor PC's/WPC's are stopped at every level by Chief Wigham and his fellow masons in the force who ensure that we live in a stepford wives environment....more like a league of gentleman’s environment .............'this is a local shop....cop shop'.....

Could it be that Mark Galins was being economical with the truth?
Boobs are like art. Not the kind of art where you stand around scratching your goatee and nodding, but rather the kind of art that you stick your face between and go, "Ppbbbbbbbbt"
