Crackdown not A-Ok
A Guernsey businessman says a crackdown on advertising boards in St Peter Port is unfair on small businesses.
The Police, the parish constables and the Blind Association have written a joint letter to retailers.
It asks them to remove A boards from outside their premises as they're a hazard for the disabled.
But one local business owner believes in this economic climate, the Town constables' focus should be elsewhere. (from CTV)
It has become a standard thing now, not just in town, the bridge has "A" boards everywhere, what gets me is some of them are yards away from the premises concerned, which I do not think is right.

Re: Crackdown not A-Ok
I really can't see the point of them as you say they are right outside the shop in most cases ..a bit pointless i would say.
