A NEW food outlet selling Cornish pasties is due to open in Liberty Wharf in May.
There is already a Pasty Presto shop in Guernsey, run by the retail group Sandpiper CI.
The group will also open another Costa Coffee in the Waterfront’s new granite-paved covered shopping mall.
The news follows the announcement last month that Sandpiper would be opening a 10,000 square feet Marks and Spencer Home store on the site in June.
Sandpiper has the franchise for both Costa Coffee and Pasty Presto in the Channel Islands.
The first Costa Coffee outlet opened its doors in the Bath Street Checkers store two years ago and a second 50-seat coffee shop with an alfresco area will be located at Liberty Wharf. (from JEP)
