I like them.i know somewhoaho paints their dish when the paint the house so it blends in,,,,,dont know if it still works

It would be better if you could take a picture of the location and print out a sticker so it matches,
some of the examples dont match very well

I've painted my dish the same colour and it works perfectly. Its not the metal thats important, it's the presence of a correctly curved reflective surface. In fact mine probably works a bit better as the little holes are now smaller. An accurately shaped perspex dish would work fine.
