Donkey Bags for Life

An enterprising St. Martin's woman has come up with a green idea featuring a local theme.

Lisa Allen is starting to produce shopping bags featuring the Guernsey
donkey, which fold away to pocket size.

The idea's in response to plans for supermarkets to charge for plastic bags.

as dc has asked .where are these bags on sale as i am fed up paying for these silly 12p bags for life.would be a brill idea for a little pressie for peeps as well

The Donkeybags are for sale at Quayside, Sails on the bridge, Corkscrew in town, Goodies Too St Martins, Forest Road Garage Town Markets this Saturday. She also sells dare i say it "Crapo bags"

You know in New York Donkey bag is a designer label and the bags are made from recycled billboards!
