GRATA = Guernsey Retired Ambulances to Africa

Post by GD on Thu May 15, 2008 2:20 pm

This is about a group of Guernsey Ambulance & Rescue Service employees, who in November are driving two retired ambulance vehicles plus other equipment to The Gambia to help provide a remote aera with a basic ambulance service

They are looking to raise money to cover cost's and equipment to help them get down there

Should you wish to donate any monies or to sponsor a Kart Enduro race that is being held on the 22nd June, please contact 07781 415345 for further details

I am sure that you will agree this is an excellent cause....
(ps they are registered with the Guernsey Charities Association)

but has such a HUGE impact on people,
which makes it worth it's weight in gold"
