First Quarter House Price fall "Is not a Trend"

Despite a drop in the average house price, a local estate agent is assuring
us the market in Guernsey is stable.

Over the first 3 months of this year the average house price fell nearly 2%.

But experts are saying the downturn is not a trend.

Martel Maides Director Keith Enevoldsen is telling islanders not to look at
the statistic in isolation.

Sorry but I think that this is a start to a slow down in the housing market, with the morgage rates high, people are thinking twice about buying...
